A smarter home solution for a Greenwich property

Our services were required to provide a smart upgrade to a furnished 7-bedroom property located in Greenwich. The reason behind this upgrade was because the client had started to work more from home. As a remote worker, it’s crucial to have a property with a good Wi-Fi connection to use to communicate with work colleagues on a regular basis. In addition to this, the client required the Wi-Fi to provide entertainment to his family without it being interrupted by lag or a lack of signal.

Furthermore, we decided that the property required a security upgrade to ensure it was safe for the client’s family to live in. The property also had a gym in the garden that was in need of an upgrade.

We installed a Total Control URC home Automation system that was integrated withHeatmizer, Rako lighting, Ubiquiti Mesh Network, a Door Bird door entry system and Hikvision CCTV to create a smart property.

What made this property rather difficult was the fact that it was being refurbished at the same time. Instead, our team needed to work around the builders and also the family for about two weeks before the installations were completed. We also noted that the security features of the property were not up to standard. Thus, we concluded that they would need to be upgraded to ensure that the family could feel safe and secure.

The Solution

The end result of this project in Greenwich was extremely successful. The installation included Wi-Fi for the client’s gym and home as well asansmart entertainment for his family to enjoy. In addition to this, the property and gym were updated with smart lights and a TV and sound system that could be controlled through a tablet or mobile device. Not only was the installation aesthetically pleasing but it also allowed the family to enjoy spending time together.
